e-diots re-launching!

It's been six years. Six - freakin' - years. And my buddy and I decided to start this thing up again! For those who don't know, slash, remember, e-diots is my baby. My baby with downs syndrome and ADD combined so hard that it can never stay up and running for too long. It's a webcomic. A gaming comic. Yes, another one of those. Well screw off, I started it off in 2000 so I was right there when it was booming, so shut it! ;P I just... didn't have the time for it.

Anyway, I've uploaded the first forty or so as well in case you guys want to give a gander to the old stuff from 2003 and 2004, (I have the first batch... they are so not funny... and so crude... eugh). Now it's just my buddy and I running it as opposed to three people running it, which explains why the the 2003 run was so... off and on humor wise. Marcos has good humor, so I think this time...

I still draw... but this isn't Sonic-related...

Yeah, I still draw, although, in the years since I started doing a sprite comic, I really let my hand-drawing waver. I'm trying to remedy that this year by drawing as close to once a week (or better) as I can. Ideally, I'd like to be able to replace my sprite comic with something hand drawn.

Anyways, here is the latest drawing I've done. I'd post the image here, but Fur Affinity doesn't seem to be cooperating.

For those of you who don't recognise her, this is Krystal from the Star Fox series. It's the first time I've drawn her, but I'm rather pleased with the result.

So, I finally got around to making a music accout/page for my music. Normally this isn't a big deal, but I thought I'd post it here, because it's my baby-project. For a while I've been working on Sonic-style videogame music. Not for a particular indie game, or anything like that. Just... because. The Last Sonic Game

While closing the store where I work a number of weeks ago, the assistant manager suddenly asked me,

"Imagine that the Sonic game franchise is ending forever. If you were somehow put in charge of directing the Last Sonic Game, what would you do?"

I froze, stunned. How had I not ever thought about this?

What has followed is a waterfall of ideas, some from my own head, some from friends. It ended up being pretty dark, probably rated T. Now I want to gather everything up and write a fanfic. Here's the jist of the story so far:

The game opens with Robotnik having just won the long battle against Sonic and his friends. Sonic is badly injured from the fight. Yes, I'm still working on "The Fallen Angel" don't worry, this was just a side-project to that. I got the idea of this from someone who decided to take on evil-doers when no one else would, but with a catch! He's ****ing insane and will rip to you to shreds if he gets the chance. So obviously, the content is a bit gory but I don't think its anything that can't be posted here. Still, I felt it couldn't hurt to put a gory warning in the title!

As the topic says, I want constructive criticism. This is a rough draft but feels complete to me (Obviously if you can see improvements tell me, I won't mind =P)
And on with that, onto the poem!

"The Fallen Angel" - My attempt at writing an epic poem.

This is an attempt by me to write an "epic' poem (Epic used loosely, only in terms of it being a grand story involving gods and demons and junk. I doubt it would qualify as an epic poem in terms of meter and all).

This poem is far from finished, but I wish to present the first few segments so as to gather some opinions from you all about it. I highly doubt that they would be the finished product, but just felt like gathering what you all think of it. Be honest, be constructive, please. I want to get better as a poet as time goes by.

Also, for those of you who might happen to be religious. Please read with an open mind or please do not read at all (Not saying this to be offensive, just the nature of this poem probably will conflict with your religious/spiritual beliefs and if you honestly cannot bear reading it, then I must ask you not to. It took longer than it should have but here's the first chapter, I'll have more sooner hopefully.

Chapter 1

If it was one thing Roger Brewer hated, it was hitchhiking. Every time he tried it he'd spend endless hours walking on the side of the road until he finally got picked up. So far, he had been walking on the road for 4 hours with no luck. So, he had decided to take a break at a truck stop.

He walked into one of the bathrooms and washed his face. As he dried his face with paper towels, he looked at himself in the mirror.

"No wonder I couldn't get a ride" Roger thought to himself.

He had long black hair that fell down to his shoulders and a scraggily black beard that looked like it hadn't been shaved in about 3 years. His face showed years of traveling and his light blue eyes gave a hint of sadness.

1,688/50,000 - it's not nearly as many as I would have liked, but I focused mostly on making the history accessible to anyone reading about this for the first time... which would basically be everybody but Craig. 8D Which also reminds me. Both of our stories take place in the same universe under the same circumstances, and while both can be read independently from each other and still make sense, they'll likely work best as a pair, especially in the beginning.

Prologue

Once in a time, a good while back ago, a certain town who happened to be oh so dreary, with a particular traveler gathering ever nearer. For the looming sun hovering over this town concealed many, many secrets indeed. For whom to come and calculate to find therein all of this places mysteries was something that would have been of great lore and legend. What exactly was hidden beneath this quaint, mysterious place of all places? That was for the purposes of the story to uncover, now were they not?

Alas, it should be time to move on, only with some proper introduction, eh? What was the city inscribed within this document like? Was it a marvelous neon metropolis with sparking outer beauty with an ugly underbelly of crime and sin? Or was it a place with nothing else than what it frankly appeared? A simple town with nothing more than meets the eye? There could be a thousand different ways to picture in everlasting infinite layer of possibilities that lay...

Seems like I always need help finding something, haha.

Does anyone remember a fic that was about, I *think*, the daughter of Dr. Quack? It was ten years after Nack the Weasel disappeared, Sonic was dead, and Nack suddenly turns up at the hospital, having gone through a time warp or something. He had killed Dr. Quack in the past, something that deeply affected the daughter. They got talking and he told her he wouldn't change having killed Dr. Quack, because it was a big part of what made the daughter who she is today. And ... I don't remember some of the other details, but he ends up going back to the past and making it so Sonic doesn't die. Then in the present, he has sacrificed his life. Don't remember how, but it had something to do with getting Sonic back. And I think Sonic and Sally were at his grave.

I remember the story so well, probably because it's one of the only things I've read that shows a better side to Nack the Weasel. Yet of...

Don't know if its in the proper forum, but I'm working on an "epic" poem (Epic in parenthesis because I'm unsure if it qualifies as an epic poem because I seriously doubt I can write a 10k line poem XD). You could say the theme is somewhat similar to Paradise Lost, but taking a slightly different direction (Instead of Satan being an anti-hero, it portrays him as a rebel; He represents Chaos, God represents order, yadda yadda yadda). I know this kinda thing will offend some people, but I hope they can understand :S

Basically, I want stories that would help me with what I'm planning on writing. Does anyone have anything that will help me out?
