I had to look it up, but I think its Mecha Gorilla from Sonic Labyrinth.

1. Attack of the (mini) Clones.
Battle begins with little robot monkeys

2. Rayman, eat your heart out.
He shoots his arms out at you.

3. Is that Chaos Control?
He only appears after the wave of little monkeys.

4. Slow down, hedgehog!
The whole game features a slow Sonic.

If this isn't it then this is totally not fair TT_TT

Negatory- great guesswork, though! To be honest, I hadn't even THOUGHT of the Dark Guardian when I wrote those clues, so I wish I could give you a consolation prize for sound logic despite the incorrect guess!

Too easy! Piece of cake! - as Sonic would say. In fact, the hardest part was remembering the damn thing's name XD
Yeah, its Dark Guardian from Sonic Unleashed.

1. Attack of the (mini) Clones.
It sends out little drones to mess you up. They fail.

2. Rayman, eat your heart out.
You fight this boss as the Werehog, who throws his punches in a very Rayman-esque fashion.

3. Is that Chaos Control?
It has it's little teleporting trick to confuse you. The Werehog my be ugly, but he ain't stupid.

This forum's gone on long enough without a Name That Whatever topic, so I hope to rectify that.

The rules are simple. Pick a boss, give three initials clues as to what boss you chose, and everyone takes turns guessing. If people are having a difficult time guessing the boss, feel free to add more clues. Whoever guesses the current boss gets to go next. To start things off:

1) Music out of the ordinary
2) How many of these things are there?
3) Stop the train!
